The visit of the delegation of the Faculty of Philology University of The RUDN University to the Soka University (Tokyo, Japan)

14 - October 20, 2016 RUDN's University's delegation consisting of Ebzeeva Yulia Nikolaevna, advisor on cooperation with international rating agencies, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Philology and The Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, and Vorkina Ksenia Alekseeva, The Head of the sector of the Japanese Language in Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology of RUND University, visited Tokyo.

They held important meetings with the leaders of the Soka University and its leading professors and scientists (https://www.soka.ac.jp/en/). They discussed prospects for further cooperation, joint programs of mobility and exchange of scientific experience. Also were discussed in detail the issues of joint publications and participation in scientific conferences.

Ebzeeva Y.N. and Workin K.S. held a lecture for students of Soka’s University Department of Russian language. They demonstrated tem a presentation about the RUDN University. Japanese students knew a lot about the achievements, educational programs, diversity of student life and the conditions of admission to the RUDN University, also about student’s scientific activities at the Faculty of Philology, about volunteering and talented graduates of The RUDN University.

 

October 19, passed a meeting, dedicated to the internship, which expected in April 2017. During the discussion, the professors and students of Soka University asked all their questions to the representatives of The RUDN University.

 

At the end of a business trip Ebzeeva Yu.N. and Vorkina K.S. established friendly relationships with Japanese colleagues, set goals for further cooperation.
